Every day qualified staff prepare and arrange all the necessary ingredients by the line, from vegetables, to cold cuts, to bread, and are responsible for making the sauces.
The success of our products lies in being able to combine technology and craftsmanship. The preparation steps are supported by state-of-the-art machinery, but the stuffing is still done by hand, one by one. Only in this way can we carefully distribute each ingredient and achieve the hand-crafted result that sets us apart. The skilled hand of our women workers, resulting from years of work being passed on to the next generation, creates masterpieces of goodness and consistency.
After expert stuffing, our products are packed in a modified atmosphere to maintain freshness and organoleptic properties for a long time. The natural preservation method allows us to use no additives or preservatives.
Orders are prepared in temperature-controlled environments respecting the cold chain and delivered to customers by their own means or by qualified and reliable carriers.
